The research interests of our graduate Nutrition faculty encompass the molecular to community levels.  Our main areas of interest are below. Click on an area to see the faculty member's research website.

  • We encourage all graduate students in our program conduct research by volunteering in various laboratories and completing a thesis.
  • A thesis is a document containing new, scientific research. Students in our program complete their thesis research by working with one of our faculty members.
