Application and Priorities

You can email the completed application to Meredith Kollman and pay the fee online or you can stop by our facility and drop off the application and fee.

Offers of enrollment are based on priority ranking and best fit* for the classroom.

1st: Child of non-probationary CDC employee with primary guardianship or custody of wait listed child

2nd: Sibling of currently enrolled child

3rd: Child of FCS employee with primary guardianship or custody of wait listed child

4th: All others are based on date of application.

*Best fit for classroom takes into consideration the age range and development of the child, among other characteristics.
